We worked with Don on our transaction of buying our first home. He was excellent then and continued to be excellent for the sale of our home. On day one, he hit the ground running and our property was on the market fairly quickly. He maintained constant communication throughout the process and facilitated a very quick close! Needless-to-say, he provided a great service and we were very happy to work with Don again. Donovan is the reason we were able to purchase the exact Condo we wanted: ground floor and water view. He found one that wasnt listed quite yet and got us set up for that. He walked us through all the requirements; provided recommendations on insurance and coordinated with the Title Co, setting up useful times for us since we are out of town. Donovan is the Best realtor I have ever done business with, and have used more than a few!
